California Real Estate Convention – Terms, Conditions & Event Rules
1. Registration and Payment

All registrations, sponsorships, and exhibitor bookings are subject to acceptance by the event organizer.

Full payment must be received prior to the event to confirm participation.

All payments are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Sponsorship and Exhibitor Terms
-
Sponsorship and exhibitor packages are subject to availability and approval by the organizer.

Exhibitor space and sponsorship benefits are confirmed only after full payment.

Exhibitor spaces must be used for their intended purpose and may not be sublet or shared without prior approval.

Exhibitors are allowed one hour before the opening of the event for setup and one hour after the closing of the event for teardown.

All display materials, signage, and promotional items must be professional and appropriate for a business setting.

Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with all event rules. Unauthorized sharing or resale of space or sponsorship benefits is prohibited.

Any presentations, workshops, or panel sessions by sponsors must be scheduled and approved by the organizer.
3. Attendee Conduct

All participants, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone violating these rules without refund or compensation.
4. Registration & Badges
-
All participants must register and wear event badges at all times.

Badges are non-transferable and must not be shared.
-
Unauthorized use of badges will result in removal from the event.
5. Media, Photography & Recording
-
The organizer reserves the right to photograph, film, or record the event for promotional purposes.
-
Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors grant permission for the use of their image or likeness in event materials.
-
Unauthorized recording or photography without organizer approval is prohibited.
-
Sponsors may use photos or videos provided by the organizer for their marketing purposes only with prior consent.
6. Health & Safety
-
Participants must comply with all local health and safety regulations.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant posing a safety risk.

Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
-
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booths and displays are safe for attendees.
7. Prohibited Activities
-
Solicitation outside approved exhibitor or sponsorship areas is not allowed.
-
Any activity deemed disruptive to the event or its participants may result in immediate removal.
-
Unapproved marketing, contests, or giveaways outside designated areas is prohibited.
8. Liability & Insurance
-
The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, equipment, or exhibitor materials.

Exhibitors are encouraged to maintain insurance for their property, displays, and products.
-
Attendees participate at their own risk.
-
Exhibitors are financially responsible for any damage caused to booths, equipment, or electrical components by themselves, employees, or representatives.

Exhibitors shall be liable for injuries to persons or property that may occur in connection with the operation or assigned booth(s).

Exhibitors are required to maintain a general liability insurance policy covering operations at the event, with a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000.
9. Attendee Information & Privacy

The event organizer has full control over attendee information and may collect, manage, and distribute it to sponsors, exhibitors, and partners as deemed appropriate.

Attendee contact information may be shared electronically with sponsors and exhibitors according to the terms of their package.
10. Force Majeure
-
The organizer is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

In such events, the organizer may modify the event schedule or format without refund obligations.
11. Setup & Teardown Schedule
-
Exhibitors are allowed one hour before the opening of the event for setup.

Exhibitors are allowed one hour after the closing of the event for teardown.
-
Exhibitors are responsible for removing all booth materials and ensuring their area is clean after teardown.
12. Governing Law
-
These Terms and Conditions and Event Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising in connection with the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, sponsoring, exhibiting, or attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Event Rules, including:
